Just Eat has become the first company in Italy to directly employee it’s couriers as a subordinate worker

The company have chosen Zeta Service, to support its in-house payroll team to provide accurate and timely payments to their couriers, plus support with labour consultancy and administrative practices.

Online job search: what has changed in the year of the covid

According to Semrush’s analysis, “bonus for unemployed” (+2.198%) is the search with the greatest increase, together with “agile work” (+812%). Users who would like to work for Amazon (+236%), Bartolini (+71%) and MD (70%) are increasing. Indeed.com is the most clicked portal, Jobbydoo.it the one with the highest growth.

In 2020, not only the world of work changed, but also the way of looking for work. In one year, 662,000 jobs were lost in Italy, and over four billion hours of unemployment benefits were paid out (INPS data), prompting many people to look online for a solution to their new situation.

To identify what the new trends are, Semrush, a Saas platform for online visibility management, has analysed the searches made online by users in Italy.

World Sleep Day: 82% of entrepreneurs sleep badly, of which 87% have a mattress that is not suited to their physical characteristics

A survey by the Performance Research Centre of 4 MAN Consulting and Rinaldi Group shows how the mattress can affect sleep quality and performance.

19 March 2021 will see the worldwide celebration of World Sleep Day, an annual event dedicated to the importance of sleep to foster a more conscious sleep culture. With the Covid-19 emergency, more and more people have started to suffer from sleep disorders with serious health and social costs for the community.

The Performance Study Centre of 4 MAN Consulting, a business consultancy specialising in performance management that has been helping entrepreneurs and professionals improve their performance for years, and Rinaldi Group, a historic manufacturer and distributor of mattresses, the first in Italy to certify well-being and comfort, has found that out of over 1,000 entrepreneurs and professionals, around 82% suffer from sleep disorders and of these 87% sleep on a mattress that is not suited to their physical characteristics.

The Association launches an irreverent communication campaign on social networks to raise awareness of the correct disposal of waste, reminding citizens not to flush it down the toilet.

Everything we flush down the toilet ends up in rivers and the sea. A gesture that may seem harmless and unimportant can cause serious damage to the environment.

Sometimes things are flushed down the toilet out of carelessness or simply because people are not aware of the consequences that Q-tip, cotton swab or plaster can have for all of us. For this reason, Road to green 2020, an association for the promotion of environmental sustainability, has launched the fun and irreverent social campaign “Non buttare l’ambiente nel cesso” (Don’t flush the environment down the toilet).

Mario Draghi’s international reputation improves Italy’s reputation by 16%. The data of the study

The data from the Reputation Rating algorithm show an improvement in Italy’s reputation just on the assumption of Draghi as Prime Minister. The Reputation Driver of financial performance, grow at +32%.

The mere hypothesis that Mario Draghi might take on the role of Prime Minister has led to an improvement in Italy’s reputation of 16 percentage points. A data that is transformed into economic capital, thanks to the trust of markets and institutions.

This is what emerges from the analysis carried out by through the patented Reputation Rating algorithm, which weighs and measures its dimensions, certifying a series of objective and subjective parameters, through blockchain technology.

After only 24 hours from the first data collected, the algorithm has detected an increase in Italy’s Reputation of about 16 percentage points, also considering the bad starting situation caused by the political crisis in progress in recent weeks, which has had a negative impact.

Work, wellness and emotions during quarantine: data from the survey by Fondazione Libellula on the different experiences of men and women

A webinar to present the results of the survey: 1 woman out of 3 says she took care of her children, only 1 man out of 100 says the same. Outside of working hours, women were involved in household work, men in entertainment. Many feel tired, apathetic, with concentration disorders and fears.

The quarantine has upset everyone’s lives, but the health emergency is having a different impact on women. This is confirmed by data from the survey carried out by the Fondazione Libellula, active in the fight against violence and gender discrimination.

#Istayhome with the animals of Zoomarine!

The Amusement Park has shared online videos, available free of charge, to tell children and teenagers about the animal world.

The Italian Government has extended the lockdown until May 3rd, and therefore also the closure of schools, amusement parks and meeting places. Tens of thousands of children and teenagers locked indoors, between boredom and PC screen. To cheer their days in a fun but at the same time educational way, Zoomarine has decided to produce videos in which they talk about the animals guests of the park. The videos are available online for free.
